1. Is my credit card safe?

Absolutely, it is safer to use a credit card on the Internet than in a shopping mall or a restaurant.

Yabazaar servers use secure socket layer (SSL) and encryption technology that works with Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator and others; so, only Yabazaar computers read a buyer’s personal information.

3. When are credit cards charged for an order?

Credit cards are not charged before Yabazaar is ready to send an item.

If the delivery time is relatively long because of the artisanal nature of our business, Yabazaar will charge your account upon the completion of the product.

4. Does Yabazaar charge sales tax?

State laws require companies to collect sales tax from residents shipping merchandise to states where the company has established offices.

The Yabazaar main office and warehouse operations are in Beriut (Lebanon) off-shore company. Therefore, we are not required to collect sales tax on orders.

5. How do I place an order?

The customers add products to their basket and decide to pay. Then, they click on add to basket, and they will find two main questions: 

 Are you a member? Or Are you a visitor?

For members: the client has his own password and can directly go to the order page where a description of different items appears. Then, he can fill his order.

In the case of a new visitor, he has to create his prerequisite membership page by entering all required information.

6. How does the order process work?

When ordering, new members as well as our valued customers should always log in their name and password.

  1. -Click on order now.

  2. -Register name and number for new membership.

  3. -Order will appear with information.

  4. -Store password again for security.

  5. -Order:
     Input credit card entries appear.
     Enter your credit card number and date of expiration.

  6. -Order confirmation message will appear to thank you for doing business with us.

7. How do I track my order ?

You can track any package shipped via DHL from any location at any time day or night on worldwide web.

  1. Yabazaar will send to our customer, the airway bill number or numbers of shipment.
  2. The customer clicks on track@dhl.com to track orders.

8. How do I cancel a tour that I have already paid for with my bank transfer?

  1. If the cancellation is made 15 days before the arrival date, Yabazaar will refund 95% of your total payment.

  2. If the cancellation is made between one week and 14 days before the tour date, Yabazaar will refund 85% of your total payment.

  3.  If the cancellation is made in less than one week before the tour date, Yabazaar will refund 65% of your total payment.

  4. In case the customer is fails to travel without a cancellation, Yabazaar will refund 50% of your total payment.

9. Travel: How do I apply for free?

  1. -You need to complete the pre-order form for free.

  2. -When a reservation is available, Yabazaar will send you an e-mail.

  3. -You should confirm your reservation within 10 days, if not your pre-order will automatically be cancelled.

  4. -To Confirm:

    1. Book your Airline tickets and give us arrival date and flight number.

    2. Designate prices, the date, the total amount and make the transfer from your bank to our account.

10. How to Order Travel?

Travel is bought by direct bank transfer from the costumer’s account to our account. This secure classical payment is the only loop outside the e-shopping technique. It is the preferred method of payment for.

1-     Apply for free.

2-     Yabazaar will confirm your order by email with a primary reservation if rooms are available at your desired date. Your primary reservation must be confirmed within 10 days or it will be cancelled.

3-     After you receive the primary confirmation email, select the tour and add it to cart then follow the steps.

4-     After completing the steps, you will receive an invoice by email that you should complete with the following information:

A. Bank transfer number.

B. Date of transfer.

C. Name of airlines.

D. Flight number.

E. Departure date.

F. Departure time.

    5-     Finally, Yabazaar will send you a final confirmation email.
